Filed with curious bric-a-brac and retro furniture, Cafe Brecht looks a little like your grandmothers living room. But theres nothing stuffy about this quirky, Berlin-style bar and cafe, which is a wonderful place to stop by for a coffee in the afternoon. At night, the beer beings to flow as hip, young Amsterdammers filter in to enjoy a pint with friends. As Cafe Brecht tends to cater to a younger crowd of students and creative types, prices are very reasonable, so you wont need to break the bank to enjoy a night out in the city.
