Its no surprise that Amsterdams Red Light district can get a little sleazy, but thankfully there are a few shining beacons of good taste amongst it all. Golden Chopsticks is an easygoing Chinese restaurant dedicated to serving up the most authentic Cantonese cuisine, with such classic dishes as roasted Peking duck and noodle soup on the menu. The atmosphere is, in true Hong Kong-style, casual, and the service is quick and friendly. Stop by at lunch time to sample some traditional dim sum. Overall, an affordable, tasty choice in the centre.

I chose the beef and vegetable stir fry and it was yummy! Lots of Chinese people were eating here, so I guessed it was good and I was right! Fast service, slightly hectic atmosphere, but that's what made it fun. Would go back for sure.
