The Five Flies may suffer for a bit of over-popularity with the tourists, but its no wonder - with its stunning medieval decor and its cutting edge New Dutch Cuisine, dVijff Vlieghen is a solid choice for a special night out in Amsterdam. Spread over a staggering five canal houses, each of of the restaurants nine dining rooms is decorated in a different style celebrating the Netherlands Golden Age. The sumptuous surroundings even boast four original etchings by Rembrandt himself. As for the food, the chefs at Five Flies have spared nothing in creating the most imaginative, modern renditions of Dutch classics. A truly unique experience!
