Vegetarians and health nuts rejoice! Sustaina is a fabulous option for any eater, though anyone who loves Japanese food will especially be happy here. The executive chef takes pride in the ingredients he uses, including additive-free and organic. Curry dishes and soups are available; a favorite is the homemade ramen soup, which is available in different flavors. Frequent customers should consider a 100 THB (about 3 USD) per year membership, which entitles you to a 5% discount each visit. To top it off, Sustaina also has a downstairs shop with fantastic, healthy produce, ingredients, and prepared foods.
