Nahm has a reputation for being one of, if not the best Thai restaurant in Asia. Expect prices that reflect that status, but also expect some of the best food of your life. The Australian-born chef is known for his attention to detail, carefully balancing sweet and salty, a must of Thai cuisine. The elegant dining room is open weekdays for lunch from noon to 2pm and nightly for dinner. Thai staples are on the menu, but adventurous eaters can try dishes like guinea fowl curry and specialty relish. A set menu is available for 2000 THB (~60 USD) per person.
