Body Painting for Cancer Awareness

One of the most original and ground-breaking body painting artist, Filippo Ioco will be presenting his works, performed on one of the most successful female boxers ever, Regina Halmich. 6 photographs of Halmich, taken by Marguerite Oelofse, and 14 more signed works will be also available on sale on line at e-Bay. The revenue will support the Pink Ribbon Germany in Action cancer campaign.

Ioco's creations have already been used in commercials, ad campaigns, music videos, on book and record covers, reprinted in magazines and presented in TV shows internationally. Born in Switzerland, the artist comes originally from Italy, and after living in New York, Puerto Rico, Los Angeles and Miami, he's now come to live in Berlin. His portfolio includes a considerable number of different styles and approaches, and shows some of the most remarkable body painting artwork.

Much of his artistic energy Ioco devotes to various charity projects. He is known for incorporating a charity aspect in each project in which he is involved.
