It may sound like a dodgy Thai massage parlour, but the Eastern Comfort is in fact the name of a ship on the river Spree, moored just by the Oberbaum bridge. In fact, should you choose, it is also the name of your accommodation for the night, because the Eastern Comfort is a so-called "hostel boat", offering 25 cabins of different sizes and levels of luxury. Let the gentle rhythm of the river rock you to la la land, before getting up for a hard day's sightseeing and finishing with a beer on the top deck. With free breakfast, WiFI and city maps this boat is afloat of current hostelling trends.
