Kolumbus has been putting service right at the centre of its priorities since opening in 1994, and has been getting it right ever since.
It's no shrinking violet, either, with 224 rooms and a total of 614 beds, as well as conference rooms and a restaurant, all at the disposal of guests.
Staff at Kolumbus all have specialist, insider knowledge of Berlin and its sights, and they are more than willing to help with any queries you have, or simply to point you in the right direction if you are a little overwhelmed by the mass of attractions that Berlin has to offer.
