One of the coolest places, and with extremely nice staff, a pleasure to hang out. The german pils beer is always spot on, as are the cocktails and long drinks. The background music always a pleasure to discover. All in all a perfect place to spend an hour or two in good company. Been going back here at every opportunity for the past 25 years

Felix is an awesome bar/club to meet for cocktails or a night of pure fun! Definately a must do for drinks in berlin on a thursday night
American bar in a great hotel Get out and try the real thing in the home of great beer
We arrived at the bar at 1:30am on a tuesday night, we had to ring the door bell and be peeped at to get in, there was only 4 parties there, we had a few drinks the bar woman was stingy with the alcohol and we were the last to leave at 3:30am, the bar was cosy and cool and the music was good like techno house. very strange toilet roll holders with black tiles and mirrors how convienient!!!
Crazy place,crazy people! I got smashed on jaegermeister and local drink "radler" :P and nearly went home with a maniac :s good fun though! :) partied 'till the sun came up.
I thought this was something to do with shakin' stevens....imagine my surprise,, nice place though

it is a great club, good music beautiful girls, good door policy, enjoyed very much..
We went there with few friends just to dance a bit and drink some beer but the music was getting better, atmosphere was getting better, it turned out to be one of the best nights in my life!

get outa here Miss Angry of Mayfair! the penguin bar is the single best place in the entire world! i would go there every day of my life if i could!

The Pinguin Club. Dear Lord. Where do I begin? I read a review whereby someone called it "one of the best bars in Berlin". I sit here deeply concerned for the reviewer in question. Firstly, it is not a club and barely constitutes as a bar.It is a room, a very small room. It promises "delights from the 1950's". The 1950's is probably the last time it was cleaned and that is the only connection there. There is a disco ball, albeit hanging from a rusty nail behind the bar but thats is it. Pleasant bar tender but really the descriptions of this bar bring new meaning to the phrase "misleading". Dreadful.

Harry's New York Bar is one of my favourite places to drink in Berlin - even if i'm not staying at the Hotel Esplanade! I've always met great people whenever i'm here
