Treating paying costumers very badly, using sentences like : if you talk will kick you out, f*** off ... for asking why our friends were not here.
This place was a complete letdown for our Halloween night out. We bought tickets in advance, adhered to the dress code, and followed all the rules, but security singled out my boyfriend, who is American, and denied him entry. No reason was provided, and when we asked, they told us ‘it’s Berlin’ and even pushed me away. We left feeling discriminated against and completely disrespected. There are plenty of other places in Berlin where the staff are welcoming and professional. I wouldn’t suggest coming here if you’re looking for a fair experience.
We had one of the worst experiences here on Halloween night. We paid for tickets, dressed up, and were ready for a good time. But when we arrived, my boyfriend was denied entry with no explanation. We’re an international group, and he was the only American, so it felt targeted and unfair. When we asked for reasons, the guards rudely brushed us off. No refund, no apology—just aggression and dismissiveness. It’s clear they don’t value their customers, so I’d recommend finding somewhere else to spend your money.
20euro entry with shitty service. packed Dancefloor. racist Black security man. Just keep taking in tourist without thinking about the competitive of the Dancefloor. They make money if you argue or fight they threw you out you call the police. Nothing will happen because there is no camera. so be careful what you get into.
Insomnia are trying to get a review I left taken down, claiming I have never been a customer. I complained that when I went last January they were turning people away based on biological sex. Insomnia's legal team contacted the website trying to have my truthful review removed, citing German case law about proving you are a customer. Hard to do because Insomnia refuse card payments and don't provide receipts. Deeply immoral business practices
A nice location with great Party-Concepts. The Bar staff are very good at there Job und the personel overall is very friendly big Compliments on the two Doorguys last Weekend there were some difficult Guests and they managed the Situation very professional
