It's Viasko owner Steffen Weigel who personally sets the tone and philosophy for this vegan restaurant in Berlin.
One of his aims is to show a new way of global co-operation, in which respect and responsibility play a key role in social, environmental and economic relationships.
It's a big ask for a restaurant, but hey - everything has to start somewhere, and this particular world-changing plan comes with a great menu too. What's more, all the chefs are vegan, so know a thing or two about putting together a tasty, creative and healthy gastronomic delights at absolutely no cost to the environment.
