This very cool restaurant is not only a hit with the 'In crowd' of Berlin but, without name-dropping too much, the likes of Bruce Willis are known to pop in when in Berlin. On top of the regular menu, a blackboard chalks up a couple of daily specials for around 6.50 Euros, normally a meat dish served with either rice or noodles (but they will replace the meat with Tofu for vegeterians). Why not wash that down with a cold bottle of Saigon beer or one of the excellent and very reasonably priced wines? After your meal sit back and enjoy a Vietnamese coffee before they ask you to leave as they will probably need your table.

Trendy place but too bad the waiters have their neighborough friends sneaking in, without queuing. Not sure the soup will make you forget the bad experience ...
Fanstastic plce, will comeback ! i eat there every day during my stay in Berlin,
try also bar oposite the road
i think the average person will enjoy this place - but it's not the best food i've eaten in berlin by far!
i live in berlin and been eaten here 3 times as friends had heard its a good place but the food is nothing special wonton soup has more spring onions then wontons and the duck curry with mushy noodles was poor. I second the other customer 'poor bruce willis' but then germany really is not up with great food, your see more bakeries then restaurants and lots of junk food. Even london has far better restaurants. My verdict. Its good if you have bad taste and want to be seen by people with bad taste, food poor, also im a wonton expert and there is not a gram of prawn in his wonton. Please dont eat in there

this place serves delicious food!... i grew up with asian food, and definitely love this place, the people, the decor, the bowls and plates, etc... to the guy that bad-talked down below, if you didn't like it the first time, why go back the second time dork, go eat a doner kabab... lol this place is simple tasteful, and i mean the food, and it is nicely priced... thank goodness for great asian food!...
booked my table in advance and was well worth it. Had a great meal at Monsieur Vuong and i'll call again next time i'm in Berlin
I WENT TO MONSIEUR VUONG LAST YEAR AND THOUGHT THE FOOD WAS PRETTY POOR QUALITY AND OVER PRICED;
THEN I WENT THERE YESTERDAY (16-09-06) AND ORDERED THE WAN TAN SOUP AND WAS SO DISAPOINTED THAT I TOLD THE WAITER IT WAS THE WORSE WAN TAN I EVER HAD;
HE THEN TOLD ME THEY HAD AN AWARD FOR THE BEST WAN TAN;
I THEN TOLD THE WAITER; "WHO EVER GAVE YOU THIS AWARD DOES NOT KNOW WHAT WAN TAN REALLY IS"
THE WAN TAN SOUP I ORDERED CONSISTED OF SIX TINY PIECES OF PASTRIES FILLED WITH HALF A TEASPOON OF MINCED PORK AND QUATER OF A BOWL OF SPRING ONIONS AND PRICED AT 6,50 EUROS; I BELIEVE THIS IS WAY OVERPRICED; I BELIEVE THIS PLACE IS ONLY FOR PEOPLE WHO HAVE BAD TASTE AND HANGING AROUND A PLACE LIKE THIS THEN YOU REALLY MUST HAVE BAD TASTE, INCLUDING YOU BRUCE WILLIS WHEN YOU PASS BY HERE FROM TIME TO TIME (POOR YOU)
This place has lost none of its buzz over the years. Great fusion food, slick service, and friendly staff. A must for all visitors to Berlin.
