Yes, you will find prezzies of the "My boyfriend went to Bratislava and all he got me was this lousy T-shirt" variety. But dig a tad deeper and you might just find the missus something more magnificent than the trusty old T-shirts. Bratislava's shopping galaxy is becoming more varied with each season, with everything from quaint shops selling folk ceramics to slick Western-styled malls making their presence felt. Everybody has to spend their hard-earned money sooner or later and we're here to help you do just that. Charge up that credit card and wreak retail havoc!
Hi, maybe you cannot see properly, but the biggest dominant of Bratislava is the castle above the river Danube and a lot of different historical churches, buildings and bridges. If you visited only TESCO in the centre of the city, you didn,t know Bratislava.
One day all shopping will be done this way - in malls. The kiss of death to the small shopowner.
i met an Amazing girl here and we spent 3 days in bed,she couldnt even speak English!!!now i love TESCO!!!!
Hi there! I have to admit I´m no big fan of crafts and folk art in general, but to be honest I like the way ULUV is trying to modernize itself. Except for changes in the shops I saw a wity and very creative poster from the production of ULUV. I recomend to stop there (Obchodná 64) and take a look for yourselves. Will see whether you´ll like as much as i did. Enjoy
It has very nice handcrafts but much more than that, it's like a "how'd they do that" museum. I found some one-of-a-kind souvenirs.
It was a pleasant place to find nice clothes, which those ladies in that photo may want to spend some time doing. Eat something, girl!
My girlfriend's bag got stolen while we were at the internet cafe here. The ensuing ordeal was as nightmarish as you can possibly imagine. Be really careful with your things in Bratislava--even in Tesco. If something does happen, you'll be fucked for days. DAYS!
