Crossroads: Jewish Artists During the Holocaust

The National Museum in association with the National Institute for the Holocaust Study in Romania have organized this insightful exhibition entitled “Crossroads: Jewish Artists During the Holocaust”. Sixteen Jewish artists are covered in the exhibition, particularly those who influenced Romanian artistic movements. The loss of the presence and spirit of such artists on display as Victor Brauner, Marcel Iancu, and Arthur Segal changed the future of the Romanian art world forever.
