This crowded rocker bar is a haven for chain-smoking hipsters and metalheads, too laid back and boozy to bother being pretentious. Essentially a friendly dive bar, Que Passa is popular for its 5 lei beers and outdoor summer seating. If you've been here once, chances are you'll know half the people there upon your next visit and find yourself bumming cigarettes from dudes in leather jackets, getting free shots from unknown sources and winks from the barmaid. Whether it's your scene or not, you'll be shocked and slightly concerned by how easily you fit in.
