Editor's review
This legendary Bucharest venue has been rockin' since the 70s and hasn't let go of a lot of the music that's come and gone during the last three decades. Wholly unpretentious, drunken, divey and down-home, prepare to find your own drunken ass dancing and singing to 'Don't Worry, Be Happy' or 'Always Look on the Bright Side Of Life' right after locking arms with strangers, high-kicking and dancing in a circle to some Romanian ethno-rock. A fun, friendly student crowd is guaranteed every night of the week into the wee hours. Live music on weekends. Cheap beers and a cheap cover for guys (girls may get in free) are as much of a shoo-in as having a good time.
