If you're arriving in Bucharest by air, why not start your holiday in style by jumping into an Avis car right at the Bucharest airport. Avis have got a great fleet of cars ready to drive away including, the Ford Focus, Volvo S40 and Opel Corsa. Avis' English language website should be able to answer all your queries and if it can't, you can contact them directly.
And once you're all buckled up and raring to go, Bucharest and its surroundings are yours to discover. With its wide-open avenues and boulevards, Bucharest is a perfect city to drive around. Ceausescu's gigantic Palace complex, could happily have you circling it for days on end!
