Since August 2007 Kelderman en van Noort has been a place for young art. As well as exposition spaces there are workshops for artists, musicians and other creatives. You can find Kelderman en van Noort at the NRE grounds, an up-and-coming area near the city centre and you can visit the place Thursday - Sunday from 10am-12pm.
