Xitroom is a team puzzle-solving concept which really puts your brain to the test!

We tried this with the Local Life team and these were some comments heard about the first room "The Professor": “It was a fun and exciting activity, a good way to put your puzzling and calculating skills into practice. Get to know your friends or colleagues better and see if you can work together to escape!”

And what better place to open the first “room” than in Brainport, the former most intelligent city in the world. So, can the people of Eindhoven solve the puzzle? What does it involve anyway?

“It's a creative and mysterious atmosphere. It's up to you and your team mates to solve the mystery by cracking your brains and thinking outside the box.”

Enter the themed Xitroom with your team members before the door is locked behind you and 60 minutes appear on the clock. That's all the time you've got to search the room for clues, solve the number puzzles and find the key to escape. Sound easy? Well, it's not!

“I really like how everybody automatically gets really excited quickly after finding the first clues! Time just flies when you're in there and that pressure makes it even more exciting.”

Xitroom is an incredibly original and thought-provoking game which encourages teamwork and creativity. It's not your average team-building event or night out with friends, but it's definitely more fun, and that's what makes it so unique. And, don't worry if you've already visited. Xitroom is planning additional rooms/locations in the near future. So get your thinking caps on and get down there!

We also tried the recently opened second room "Crack the Safe". Even though this room is much different from the first room, it is yet another challenge to escape within the hour. Work together with your teammates, find the clues, solve the puzzles and work your way out of the room. Without giving to much away we can tell you to expect the unexpected!!
