The party is at the Eindhoven Museum! They open their doors again during Easter and this goes with a lot of festivities! Learn, taste and discover how the Spring was celebrated in the past.
A shaman from the Stone Age, a druid from the Roman Age and a monk from the Viking Age will share their stories. And you will hear the Easter story from a medieval priest. There will be music and a lot of entertainment, because Spring means party!
Discover how Easter is celebrated in different Era's, there will different activities in every Era, like gathering and preparing your own food, a herb-tour and tasting Spring snacks. With these activities you can collect clues. When you've heard all the stories and carried out all the tasks you wil have gathered enough clues to find your own Easteregg!
Many Christian celebrations have their origins in the distant past. Food or lack there off was often a reason for a celebration. Easter is one of those celebrations. With Spring, after a long winter, not only will there be more sun shine but also more food.
