Furnished Room for rent

Hello All, For a job assignment I will be traveling to Japan for 3 months. I would like to rent my room during that period. Its from Sep 1st 2012 till Dec 1st 2012. I live in a shared house with 4 others.All are from different countries. Rent for the room is 425 euro per month. All inclusive. Here is the full description about the room. Fully furnished bright room with a size of about 14 M2 located above a small shopping strip on a good and central location in Eindhoven, amidst all the necessary (store) Provisions and post office, bus stop and directly at all exit roads. The distance to the center is maximum 3 km. The room features include an attractive roof terrace with a size of about 9 M2 and a wash basin with hot and cold water. The common areas of the building such as stairs and entrance halls and the bathroom, kitchen and toilet are professionally cleaned every two weeks. This is included in the rent. The room is located on the first floor in a quiet corner building that is inhabited by three very correct and recently graduated young expatriates. The present separate kitchen with appliances is shared with one co-resident. The bathroom with shower, sink, bathroom furniture and washer and dryer is shared with three co-residents. The room is tastefully and practically furnished and includes a proper bed (Auping), large and spacious new wardrobe, TV, couch / table and a desk with chair. The windows have curtains and electrical blinds. The rent includes all additional costs which include costs for energy, taxes and municipal taxes, wireless and wired internet and the mentioned cleaning.
