De Karseboom is a charming place in the centre of the city. The atmosphere is extremely cosy and comfortable making you want to stay for hours. It has a great menu with a wide selection of Dutch and international favourites as well as many healthy options and has a wide assortment of beer and wine. There's an extensive vegetarian menu as well so De Karseboom is a very suitable options for mixed groups. The staff is very helpful and gracious and they will make sure that you have a wonderful evening. Our favourite part of this great restaurant is the patio, it’s a real gem, like a garden oasis in the middle of the city. You can have your meal surrounded by lush green plants and twinkly lights.
De Karseboom is a must try in Eindhoven, it's open Mon-Sat from 11:30-23:00 for lunch and dinner, on Sunday from 17:00-23:00 for dinner. Kitchen is from 11:30-14:30 for lunch and 17:30-21:30 for dinner.

Very fresh and yummy food in a fantastic down to earth interior. Loved it ! I couldn't peel my eyes off the ingenious wall lamps in the back room :)
A very pleasant restaurant off the beaten track. The food is delicious (I've had a fish dish with chips), and good value for money, too. Spacious and bright interior, with a garden in the back. Very recommended for a chill-out dinner.
An outstanding food destination - simply cooked, decent portions of delicious food, served in a delightful, relaxed space. I opted for the steak in bernaise sauce, which was perfectly cooked and served with chips and home-made mayo - superb! As mentioned, there is also a good selection of draught beer.
