One of five such establishments in Poland, Cafe Rosenthal combines a porcelain-specialty salon with the classic interiors of yesteryear. You'll find yourself amongst gorgeous old furnishings, tapestries, subtle lighting and the sublime aroma of fine coffee... After a romantic stroll down the beach, relax with some of Cafe Rosenthal's best: Szarlotka (sort of like apple pie only thirteen worlds better) served with ice cream and whipped cream, and 'kawa po gdansku' - or 'Gdanskian Coffee' - a (delicious) trade secret! This fine locale hopes to revive the tradition of the coffee shop as it was in the golden years. In this environment, you'll quickly learn to appreciate the elegance of the world's best white gold. Those familiar with the porcelain VIPs will recognize names like Rosenthal, Furstenberg, Goebel, Hutschenreuter's - only the finest!
