Tom Sour is a cosy cocktail bar in downtown Kiev. It is famous for its Sour cocktail menu. It is a new bar opened in November 2015. Tom Sour is a great place to relax and enjoy some delicious reasonably priced cocktails. What you get here is something warm and friendly. Tom Sour is great for an after work drink or for a pre-party on weekends. On special nights, DJ's play pre-party music. It is situated on the right hand side near the top as you walk up the hill
