Real Estate in Kiev is already expensive, and those looking to buy up a few princely apartments for a pauper's price better set your sights even further East. However, there's still plenty of money to be made in Kiev for the shrewd investor with a bit of cash to play with. Of course negotiating the necessary Ukrainian bureaucracy is something akin to negotiating the straits between Scylla and Charybdis - which is why a professional company like Kiev City Real Estate could really help you out. With ten years experience they are sure to have some wise words of advice.

I was interested in investing over here some time ago and went to these guys,p and I found them to be very helpful.
Kyiv real estate started ticking upwards in 2003 with the (Moscow fueled) petro boom but was still a bargain. 2005 was the last good year to buy in Kyiv since then it's become ridiculously hyper inflated. The real estate market reached the zenith of it's bubble last year and should/is slowly (very) edging down. Look for it to pop when the petro market pops. You can repay my advice by buying me a beer at Arena. ;)
I was hoping to invest in property in Kiev before the prices went sky high. Have i already missed the boat? how much is real estate in the centre? is it likely to appreciate in value
