The Festival of Polish Music
Poland won plaudits across the globe with 20th century composers such as Szymanowski, Gorecki and Penderecki, not to mention classics such as the famous Frederic Chopin. This new festival showcases Poland's creme de la creme from the Middle Ages right up to today's young hopefuls. Concerts take place in some of the most beautiful spaces in the city, from the Wawel Cathedral to the Philharmonic Hall.
