Reviews of Museums in Krakow
nice
Had a fantastic time in this museum! Really interesting, touching and even funny! Been waiting for it to re open for a long time and definitely worth the wait. Very excited for when the wing with ancient artifacts is accessible!!
This museum is absolutely beautiful and the work is stunning I wish I could have a beautiful piece for my window. I love this museum.
Disappointing ....we came to Kraków to see the factory of Oskar Shindlers but instead it was all about the Jews in Poland .it is a bit false advertising...I'd already done the ghetto tour
Love this gallery - always recommend to friends visiting Krakow. Unique and special exhibitions every time.
Excellent Museum
Whole family just loved this place - 5 stars from us! Recommend 100%
Super amazing place! I loved it and I will definitely take my friends to visit even just to play the trumpet!
Some very large & impressive pieces here, well worth the visit!
I went to an interesting photo exhibition here recently, nice place, for chilling after in the cafe as well.
An important place to visit in Kazimierz if you are interested in Jewish history. Regular exhibitions and events also.
Best museum in KRK!
Excellent museum. Exhibitions of varying quality, but Schindler Museum is next door, so plenty of options....
This is a little gold mine and very informative ( in English and Polish). If more museums were as interactive as this then history could really come alive. Highly recommend a visit
looking for bishops palace in krakow
Interesting and one of the best museums in Krakow!
Very good
I would like to purchase a Palucki outfit? Where is this possible?
Fantastic museum. 15 zloty to get in, closed on Mon, free on Tue. 26 zloty from centre of Krakow to museum by taxi but as suggested have a map to show the driver. The reception desk phoned for a taxi for us to get back. This place is a gem, even when it was raining as I walked around it did not matter.
Great museum and bookstore!
No cameras to show at all Some modern photographs on one floor Told nothing else I am a photographer don't waste your time Deceptive brochure about what to see
for what it is the exhibition is quite good but I already new about the German invasion, the illtreatment of the polish people and the same to the Jewish community what I would liked to have learned was more of schindler himself and also what was most disappointing was I was shown around his office block but what I wanted to see was his factories if not in a working capacity then at least some if not all of his machinery. Disappointed but still glad I visited.
Excellent spot for any wedding photographer or a destination wedding videographer. Filming a wedding in the castle produces amazing results. As an artistic wedding film team we can confirm it. Hope to return there soon. Thank you! Marry Me Studio - Artistic Wedding Films.
Very moving and well worth s visit so well laid out thank GPU
Must-see when in Krakow!
Wonderful museum. You have to see for yourself
Wonderful place, great exhibitions and more!
Wonderful museums about Jews living in Poland before the Holocaust. Wonderful staff
One of the best museums about Jews living in Poland before the Holocaust. Well Done
a very interesting place!
Nie potrafie doczekać sie kolejnej wizyty w Muzeum Galicja.
It's a marvelous museum, but it would be of great advantage if they had some translation on their web-pages. I'm looking for the possibilities of joining some of their activities, but its very difficult to get informed.
A must see in Krakow !
A great and important centre for remembering, retaining and promoting Polish-Jewish life in as broad a context as is possible. A wonderful institution.
Simply great!
Should be part of every visit to Krakow. Located in the old Jewish quarter of Kazimierz, the museum affords a glimpse into the once-vibrant Jewish life in Krakow and elsewhere in Poland, while also doing its part to revive that culture. Added bonuses: a well-stocked bookshop, comfortable cafe, friendly staff.
An essential place to visit when in Krakow. A visit here some years ago left me with a lasting impression of why the museum and museums like it will always be needed.
Indispensable to any visit to Krakow!
I appreciate the exhibit that was held on Lwow a few years ago.
This small museum is constantly innovating with creative exhibits and programs for youth and adults. The staff is young , smart, creative, and enthusiastic. It's very exciting to see young Poles who are so engaged with bringing Jewish history to light and to life in Poland. There's a nice cafe, an excellent bookshop and ever-changing exhibits. Always worth a visit.
The most interesting museum in Krakow. You will need to give yourself plenty of time to absorb it all.
Great place!
I totally recommend MOCAK, must see when you in Cracow.
interesting and inspiring!
An excellent exhibition & well worth visiting. Leave plenty of time to see it. Quite warm inside but there is a secure cloakroom to leave coats, but that does get full.
Great concerts! For free :D :D
One of the highlights of our visit to Krakow. Visit the Schindler's Factory next door at the same time.
Something different and well worth a visit.
Wspaniała atmosfera, cudowni ludzie żywo zainteresowani gośćmi, sugestywne inscenizacje, a przede wszystkim doskonałe pomysły na edukowanie ludzi w różnym wieku i z różną znajomością przedmiotu.
A new exhibition opened in 2014 which gives a fascinating insight in Jewish life before the war in the city of Oswiecim/Auschwitz. The last synagoge that still exists in the town can also be visited. They opened a new café, which has great coffee, wi-fi and a nice atmosphere :)
