Fantasy Park is located in the lively Plaza shopping complex, a short tram-ride east of the city centre. It's a perfect antidote to a rainy day (of which there are a fair few in this city), and here you can indulge in all manner of games, from snooker and air-hockey to video arcades. The main focus though is bowling, with a good twenty lanes on hand, where you can kick back and emulate the skills of the venerable Dude from the Big Lebowski. A rather good snack bar is also on hand, as well as a specially supervised kiddies area, replete with a crazy ping-pong play-pen, and a climbing frame to crawl about on. There are special offers on at the moment for groups of 20 or more, including movies, excellent tours of Cracow, as well as chance to learn some special bowling tricks, and all for 25 zloty. Call (12) 638 26 20 for more info.

Thank you for a successful x-mas bowling party that took place yesterday! Very nice place and nice service! Thank you from all our gruop from Roma! Grazie!
Di successo divertimento festivo a Cracovia - un partito di successo nella fantasy park. L'intero gruppo stava giocando molto bene! Grazie per l'invito!
Nice Place! Fantasy Park is not too modern look but I was in several countries in a several of similar centers, and I've seen worse than this in Cracow. Maybe not all of the crew doesn't speak English but I heard the lady from the reception spoke French, a waitress spoke (with me) in Italian and the bartender speak German - The truth is that Poles are learning multiple languages - not just English - congratulations, because I know many people from the USA, England, who in addition to English don't know another language. In our family is like that, if you go to another country, even for a few days, you should know a few words and ask in a different language! Cracow should be proud that it has such a place like Fantasy Park - thank you for good time and fun which I spent in Fantasy Park - to the next! :) Minus - access to the center, lots of neon, the lack of modernity (as in XXI century) so 8/10
I was here recently and could not believe how poor the service was. If you're female don't expect to be served. If you're male only if you're single. I can't understand how this place does business. I would only recommend coming here off peak or off season. Otherwise go to Krakow Main square. More variety & better craik. Try the Irish Embassy, great fun, speaking as a genuine Wexford Girl!

This has to be the most unhospitale, yet Central/Western attempt at emulating what we have so often taken for granted.
There are basically 3 reasons why I truly dispise this venue:-
1. It takes an hour and a day for a waitress to come take your order.
2. Come a weekend (starting thurs to sun), you must reserve (both) bowling & pool. The main attractions to fantasy park. Now ordinarily this might not sound too bad. Unfortunately if you don't speak polish you can't reserve anything, as I've now found on 5 separate occassions. Some people might wonder why you would return to a place 5 times if you were unsatisfied with the service. The answer is simple:- There's very little to do in Krakow, similar or otherwise.
3. The venue is open till 1am. If you have the misfortune to stay past 10:50pm, the trams are off line. The taxis will not stop unless previously booked. The barmaids will pretend not to speak english in an attempt to avoid the responsibility.
Considering most of Krakow's tourism is from western sources I find it hard to believe anyone would wish to return to Fantasy Park in a hurry.
One the other hand the Crown Plaza (home of fantasy park) & the Imax located with are absolutely worth a visit. Day time only....
I've been here 3 months, the rest of Krakow is worth a look. Fantasy Park however is defiantely not.
Very clean, modern. Plaza Mall is easy to find, with free parking. Excellent place for tweens and preteens, during the day. Good for families then, also. At night, more for college age or older adults. Pool, bowling, small area with "chuck e. cheese" style games for little kids, arcade games, too. They have a bar, where you can order drinks yourself, or they have waitresses (in very short skirts) who come to the lanes to get your order. Noticed a sign on the wall with a number to call for pizza delivery to the lanes, but did not eat there myself, so I cannot rate that.
Maybe American bowling alleys will reach this level of technological sophistication by 2025... they will never be as clean and upscale as this place, no matter what.
It was fab. Could not be better. I'm a real man for slides and water so i enjoyed every minute of it.
Like something out of a Cohen brothers film... only no-one getting shot at! Had a ball here with my Aussie and Kiwi mates. Go Poland!
Not bad at all. Actually a lot better than most bowling alleys in the States. Plus the place actually looks cool. What with the bar and such. I totally won both games too. Then I got my ass mopped in pool. Not sweet.
Sounds interesting. I´m going with my family to Cracow the 25th of March and will be there for four days. I think I´m going to go there I love internet and in this bowling... Thank you...
