Reviews of Cinemas in Krakow
Really cool cinema & only time i seen sum polish films
They have loads of fantastic film festivals & screenings here, a really great variety with lots of classics, obscure films, indie films & documentaries alongside the blockbusters. They also have English Subtitles on a lot of Polish films (this is hard to find!) which is really great for people who want to experience Polish cinema (there are many incredible Polish films) as well as films from all over the world in different languages. Its lovely that they make so many films you might not have the opportunity to watch (and often even can not find online / find subtitles for) accessible. Plus, it's a gorgeous old building. There's a lot of heart in this place and the films it shows, which unfortunately is being lost in most placesthese days.
In the city with numerous attractions this location with its unique historical renaissance structure, later redesigned, brings no comparison to other such places in Cracow and the whole Poland not only as a cinema but also as a monument of culture
One of my favs in the city where I was born.
I love this place - full of charm, shows interesting films, and so much better than the boring multiplexes everywhere. True art cinema!
The best cinema in Krakow
Doskonale miejsce
The Best Ever!!!!!!!
Great place, cult cinema, the best in Krakow
Very cold theatre without heat. We were today witch children on movie. We wiil never go there again.
Go here to rekindle your lost love for cinema. It really is a place for all lovers of the silver screen. The atmosphere, the people, the great selection of films - so much better than the soulless multiplexes that are taking over our world. It deserves all our support. A great Krakow institution.
My favourite cinema !! best best best in Europe !
Cult cinema. The coolest in Krakow.
The best cinema in the Krakow!
Lovely cinema, equipped with cozy chairs. It's situated in the city centre, so it's also a great place to relax if you're a bit tired from sight-seeing or shopping. They show subtitled original versions of films, so you don't have to worry if you don't understand much more words than "dobrze" yet :)
Definitely the most comfortable cinema seats in Krakow and the quality of the picture and sound is amazing! they just need to sort out the popcorn 'shop' - there is always a long queue to get anything there!
Very comfortable seats, movies in original language at reasonable prices. I had a great time!
Boski, to był Cezar.
Jestes Bogiem, boski
This cinema is a classic, dates back to the communist times and it used to be by far the flashest cinema , before the era of multiplexes. Worth checking out!
A bit too far, bu the cinema itself is fantastic!
Huge screen, great sound, cheap prices. Most of the big films seem to be in English with subtitles, so if you are a visitor, don't be put off. Great value.
Very interesting building and fantastic location. We started of with Muzeum narodowe, then walk on Blonia (the green area) then a movie in Kijow. Perfect dayy!
Sympatyczne kino. Zabrałem tam moich bratanków na Shreka w 3D i było naprawdę ok. Bilety dużo tańsze niż do Imaxa. Super lokalizacja!
yes, they have digital projector with 3D, quality 2k (2048 x 1080px)...the biggest screen in Cracow...
I heard that they have a huge digital projector in the cinema - is this true? If so, what is the quality like?
Free wi-fi for all customers:)

Long live Kino Pod Baranami. Coolest cinema in Krakow!!!!
Great place, unique atmosphere of cosy cinema...
my favourite cinema in Krakow. Mikro (little sister of Kijow) is also nice. They play good movies.
The cinema is OK but a bit far out of town. You're better off either in the Old Town cinemas like Ars or Kino Kijow, or just go to the cinema multiplex in Galeria Kazimierz.
I love this place - it's a true art cinema, with great character, showing some offbeat films. Right on the Market Square. Classic Cracow!
the only cinema in the world that never answers the phone. rang for 30min with no answer. real real real crap service. shame facilities are ok. my advice go to cinema city. they're better there!!!!
The screen at Kijow is big enough to give other cinemas a size complex! Great seats too, great festivals, and all-around one of the best spots for culture and fun in Krakow.
Best cinema in Krakow!
Multikino has some sweet marathons lined up for July - Harry Potter movies, as well as Tarantino/Rodriguez - I can't wait!
Great halls, Clean and Organized. Great Sound system & reasonable prices. Best Part is Movies in English too.
its kick ass. go there. even if you cant speak polish, it will rock your socks off. assigned seating though, whats up with that?
Huge screen, comfy seats, not too crowded. Bridget Jones even bigger. Quality night out!
