Conductor Paweł Przytocki lifts the baton on a new season of classical music at Krakow’s philharmonic hall, which begins this month with a double-header of vocal and instrumental performances.

Izabela Matuła (soprano), Agnieszka Rehlis (mezzo) and Mariusz Goldewski (baritone) take centre stage on the first night, for a programme that features works by Ignacy Jan Paderewski and Krzysztof Penderecki. They will be joined by the orchestra and choir of the Krakow Philharmonic – and there will be a repeat performance the following night.
