Jules Massenet may not be a household name outside opera circles, in

quite the same way as the likes of Verdi. Nevertheless, you'd probably

be surprised how much of Manon you know.

This performance is a mouth-watering prospect, and not just because it

will be broadcast live from the New York Metropolitan Opera to the

screen at Kijow. This is a chance to see and hear Anna Netrebko (as

Manon), one of the greatest singers alive today.
