Bike Polo Championships

You can play it on horses, you can play it in the water – now, prepare for polo on bikes, and an event that combines sport, cycling, music and street art.

Bike polo came to Poland some seven years ago, and has quickly gained a cult following. In each game, two teams of three compete for ten minutes, or until the fifth goal is scored. The three-day event will pit teams from across the nation against each other, as they compete for the Polish championship. Picture by Sonia Kozinska.
