The Journey of Odysseus

After the Trojan war, one of the heroes of the battle, Odysseus, set sail for home… but was to remain on the seas for many years, experiencing adventure and danger, and encountering such monsters as a one-eyed giant and a witch-seductress who turned his crew, one by one, into pigs.

Through cunning and wit, the hero of the story did eventually make it back… where there was yet one more challenge awaiting him.

This is the award-winning Groteska’s take on an old, old story, with all of the theatre’s famous puppetry, action and imagination combining to produce a show for the whole family.
