German film

The Goethe Institute’s programme of German movies in the original language continues this month with two screenings of classic children’s stories, on October 10 and 24. First up will be Bodo Furneisen’s take on the children’s fairy tale Rapunzel, the girl with extraordinarily long hair. Then it’s Aschenputtel, Uwe Janson’s retelling of the Cinderella story. Admission to both movies, which start at 4.15pm, is free.
