A World of the Hasidim Unveiled

The latest exhibition in the Jewish Museum Galicia presents a series of photographs by Gil Cohen-Magen, who, after being commissioned by Reuters, turned his attention to Jerusalem's district, Mea Shearim, a traditional bastion of ultra orthodox chasidism. The photographic essay created as a result of 10 years of observation presents a community faithful to Torah, the holy book of Judaism, and its commandments.
