Currency in Krakow
We will be visiting during June for the first time and were wondering if it's best to bring zlotys or euros - also what the situation is re credit cards. Any information would be very helpful. Thanks in advance.

Hotels and restaurants accept cards pretty much everywhere now. The best thing is probably to bring cash and change it at a decent bureaux do change (KANTOR) The best one I have found is on Plac Szcepanski. Can't remember the number, but it is in the same building as the Poliglota Language school - a small kiosk in the entrance hall. Rates seem decent there.

Way too complicated. Simply bring a debit card from your home account, home country. Go to any of the thousands of ATM's across this city, and use your PIN and card to pull out zloty. The best exchange rates will be used to exchange the zloty you withdraw from your home currency.
