Sad Krakow

After recently returning from another fabulous holiday in my favourite city. I was saddened to see a side of Krakow that is unfortunately being somewhat neglected. I am referring to the beggars that harrass everyone sitting in the Rynek mostly at night. Although the Street Wardens genarally are abundant in numbers. they dont seem to be there when these people start annoying tourists and krakovians alike. Also Its about time the Authorities clamped down on the Electric car Racers. The speeed that some of these cars race around near Florianska St. This is wrong and will probably result in an accident. I love Krakow and maybe some people think I am being unfair to complain, but as the Cultural Capitol of Europe I Think Krakow deerves better.
