Opera Krakowska query

We are seeing Cinderella (ballet) on 13.10.12 and the booking of tickets is a bit wierd. You can't book via their website - you need to fax or email them and then send monies to their bank account. My query is - once this is done, how do we get the actual tickets? Do we pick them up the day before the show / do we just turn up at the appointed time for the show and they trace? There is no information!
