Train Station to Hotel Galicya

Hi, I am traveling to Krakow tomorrow.I plan to take the train to the city.I will be staying at the Hotel Galicya,4 Rzemiesinicza Street. I would prefer to catch the tram to the hotel from the train station. Can anyone tell me where the tram stop is and what number tram I would need? Many thanks bigaljo
