I thought perhaps someone from here might be interested in, cause there is no need for polish language skills. or our Client - international well-known BPO Centre, we are looking for candidates who would like to take a position of Customer Support Specialist – German OR French speakers You will be responsible for handling inbound calls and chat requests from international customers. The basic job function is to interpret customer needs and provide customer satisfaction by helping them resolve their enquiries, in a manner that will result in the highest levels of customer care and prompt resolution.
