Wedding question

Hello, My fiance and I are planning our wedding for this summer. It will take place in the Krakow country side. We are not having a church wedding, and would like to have the wedding ceremony outside. Has anyone heard of or had an outdoor civil wedding? If so, can you please let me know how you organized it?
