irish arms

any ideas why its closing..is it up for sale or lease??? anyone intersted in investing?? i am :)

i think the location was the main problem - they always had noise complaints from the neighbours. actually, the cops even came on the last saturday it was open, but they didn't force the party to end. i mean, what were they going to do, close the place down? =)
