Hallo, I`m looking for a nice and fair lessee for my apartment at Krowodrza district (Rusznikarska street). It has 64 square meters, consists of two spacious rooms, a kitchen, bathroom, a hall and a balcony. Bright (windows overlook south-east). Fully equipped, also with dishes and other kitchen utensils.Internet connection. Quiet, green area, with a park in the neighbourhood, but also very close to the city centre (next to Nowy Kleparz), 10 minutes by fast tram or bus to the Market Square and railway station. I used to live there myself before I moved to Warsaw, so it`s cosy and nice, with its own character, not a typical flat for rent. Full price: 1700 PLN/month (includes administration fee, water and central heating), the lessee has to pay extra only for gas and electricity, which is 50-60 PLN/month.
