Because of the number of people going, have you considered a hostel perhaps? Greg and Tom hostels are good

minibus + driver = try Krakow-tours.com, just send in a general request with what you're looking for and they'll probably be able to help

hi just to let you know tried greg and toms hostel they will not take bookings for more that 6 people. tried to explain its not a stag party to no avail. need to book something soon. thanks anyway pals

I arranged for a group of friends to stay at the Warszawski in December and they found it really reasonable, clean, warm and friendly, with a good breakfast. I thoroughly recommend it.
