Directly overlooking the famously picturesque Planty Park, which rings around Krakow's equally picturesque medieval Old Town, this hotel has a pretty legendary location. Although pretty much every hotel claims to be central, this place is literally across the road and still very much within the historical area.

100 years ago, only the super rich and important would have lived in this building, just a few steps from Wawel Royal Castle itself. Luckily for us, times have changed and a few years ago, Hotel Legend made itself at home in one of ul. Gertrudy's gorgeous 5 story tenement houses, after generously sprucing the building up with some respectful renovations and modernisations (such as an elevator and air conditioning). Now it's one of the most attractive places to stay during your visit to our fine city.

There are 100 legendary rooms to choose from and they come in 4 types: Economy, Standard, Premium, Suite - all of which offer free WiFi, ensuite bathroom (with designer toiletries), satellite television on a 42" LCD screen, a radio, desk, tea & coffee set, telephone, a safe and of course the highest standards of cleanliness. Premium and Suite rooms come with even more treats and amenities for the more luxurious leaning guests.As for you working travellers, Hotel Legend is a fantastic location to hold conferences, training sessions or business meetings. Make use of their three conference rooms and state-of-the-art equipment.

In terms of wining & dining, you'll find not only a refined bar/lobby area to relax in, but also their in-house (and highly recommended by us) restaurant Bistro Beta. It's seriously worth your time to take one of your meals here - the food at Bistro Beta is an experience to remember.

Back to that fabulous location - you can walk to almost all of the most interesting districts and landmarks within half an hour.
