Located in the historical city centre on Grodzka Street, Rezydent's beautiful facade makes it a listed building and inside many of the original architectural details have been retained, whilst undergoing extensive refurbishment. This Krakow hotel is well located for both the business and pleasure traveler. Art galleries, museums, shops, popular restaurants and major sightseeing attractions are all within walking distance. All of the hotel's 60 well-appointed guest rooms and suites provide a good level of comfort. Many of the rooms enjoy superb views over Grodzka Street - a part of the former Royal Route, though if you are looking for a quiet night's rest, ask for rooms on the back. Warm and welcoming staff.

Bedrooms are lovely and modern. Breakfast was also nice. Although we got woken up at m by workmen next door to our bedroom, which was so loud we just could not sleep it was ridiculous. So I asked for us to be moved and we were which was great. A positive and thoughtful hotel.
Kazmierz The Former Jewish District is about 15 minutes' walk from the accommodation. The hotel is set within 15 minutes' walk from The New Square. The property boasts close proximity to pubs, restaurants and bars.
The rooms feature a warm colored setting and climate control, a laptop-size safe and a cupboard. They also offer superb views of the street. They are decorated with fine furniture.
The only good thing was the location which was perfect. Well and the bathroom was fine too. There was no common area for the guests, like a hotel bar, not even toilets, every time someone closed a door on our floor, our door was shaking, the bed was bad and noisy, there was a form to fill to comment on your stay and it was already filled!!! dated 3 months ago!!! Finally the room had NO view! I will choose another hotel next time as there will be a next time as the city was fantastic.
Stayed here December 2010 and loved it! This hotel is right in the middle of all the action; within walking distance to most historic sights, restaurants and nightlife. However, if you are sensitive to cigarette smoke, you are able to smell smoke from adjoining rooms. Overall, really great location and friendly English speaking staff.
I stayed here in June, I really loved the hotel and the fact its so close to the main square. 6 of us stayed here and we had three rooms in our own little part of the hotel which was nice. The rooms were really nice although, there was banging all night as they were building at the time. Theres a little restaurant in a courtyard at the hotel, I had apple pierogi which was gorgeous :D
Don't take room 18 unless your a heavy sleeper, drone of an extractor all night, we change room to 17, the roof leaked and soaked the bed, no lift to this part of the hotel, breakfast was two doors down and some parts of the cafe smelt very damp, staff very good, Krakow very good.
Stayed at this hotel Oct 07. We where sent across the street to an upstairs apartment. It looks a bit grotty with grafetti on the walls of the stairwell but the apartment was fine.Very peaceful at night and clean. Building was a bit like from the diary of Anne Frank. A lovely old building with loads of character. Close to the square, castle jewish area and a 10min walk to the trains.
just returned from a 4 night stay hotel was great we had 2 roopms next to each other (if a party of 2 couples ask for room 33/34 )rooms were large well heated 1 had shwer 1 had bath/jacuzi could not fault the service, rooms may look tired but that is the style to show of the caracture of how old the building is i would reccommend .
Have just got back from Hotel Rezydent, no room in main hotel so we were given room in adjoinning building, bit disappointed as there were no curtains to block out light only net curtain. Also a mystery as to why we were charged 12 zlotees on check out for "tourist tax" for 4 nights stay, not sure about that one.
Loved it, loved it, loved it . stayed here for three nights in June 06. Fantastic location and close to all the action. We got the hotel from the Easy jet website and were expecting a large room with three beds. We were delighted and surprised to find out that we had been booked into an Apartment with two very large bedrooms and a massive living room with a sofa bed. The bathroom was large and there was a kitchen (not that we used it much why would you when eating out in Krakow is so cheap!!). Everything was spotless and the room was serviced every day. Last night was spoiled a little by a large and very noisy group of lads who moved in above us but I guess thats the luck of the draw and with some many stag nights coming to Krakow for the weekend is to be expected. We would certainly stay here again.
Hotel has a briliant location but the general decor is "tired" and could do with a repaint. Rooms have thin walls and 1st floor is noisy from the banging door to a resturant. The hotel resturant is separate to the main hotel and you need to walk a few yards along road - not a major problem but a nuisance in the rain. Staff helpful. Lift in main building. I wouldnt have rated it as 3 star but it is clean and good value for money

Rooms good, clean and very large. Staff could not be bettered. On the 'Royal' street at the corner of the legendary square, the position is the best possible.
A fantastic loaction, huge warm and comfy room, helpful staff, good breakfast - what more could you want for a city break?
Stayed four nights, October 05. No complaints at all> Rooms clean Staff very helpfull. Came with a party of nine people none of whom could find any fault with the Hotel. Reccomend it to anyone.
Great location, almost on rynek glowny!! Helpful staff who enjoyed my attempts to speak Polish!!! Front room was a bit noisy but the street life added to the charm.
I stayed here 4 nights in August 2005. The location couldn't be better, right beside the main square. We had an appartment and it was huge. Very helpfulle and friendly staff. And a good price. I recommend this hotel.
We stayed for 4 nights at this hotelin august 2000 by
default because the monopol was overbooked. We were not at all disappointed. The rooms were very large, bathrooms ample and they were
spotlessly clean. Staff extremely helpful and we would definately recommend this hotel.
Stayed here for 5 nights in August 2005. Stayed in the apartment (we needed to have room for our 2 year old). If booking an apartment book one with a kitchen-especially useful if you have a baby or toddler and you need to stay in. Hotel Staff very helpful. Would recommend this hotel
Stayed for 2 nights in February 2005. The hotel was excellent. The room & bathroom were clean & huge! The staff were friendly & extremely helpful. Would certainly stay there again. Just one complaint, no tea & coffee facilities in the room.....otherwise excellent.
We spent 6 nights at the Rezydent in Feb.2005. Price was excellent. Location could not have been better. Breakfast very good with hot and cold items (plus cappucinos, lattes, etc. includeded). Staff were extra helpful and friendly. Room was spacious, clean and attractive.
Highly recommended!
