Reviews of Mid-range Hotels in Krakow
Good to know if this hotel has a safe in their rooms and the cost of use.
Hello customer service from Wojtek was fantastic unfortunately we had to cancel booking.
Charming hotel, great location, friendly staff.
Very good location. Rooms nice and clean. Great staff.
świetna lokalizacja, czyste pokoje, smaczne śniadanie, miły personel
Way more than expected! Room was modern, clean, very comfy. It took 10min to get to the historic centre of Krakow by bus and a few minutes by taxi. The cost of taxi was less than 5€. Breakfasts were great with wide choice of warm food. We booked by hotel website and we were offered a welcome drink which was only a beer or wine.
The five star experience is not about facilities or gyms or anything like that. It is all about the great location and the fantastic people who work here. Nowhere will you get such a warm welcome as you receive from this friendly team. I've stayed here five or six times and people here, no matter what their job, are great!
Właśnie wróciłam z dwudniowego pobytu w Krakowie. Hotel Regent jest w świetnej lokalizacji z przemiłą obsługą i atmosferą.
We had a wedding venue there. What a lovely place and nice staff!
Just a short walk around the park with my girlfriend + coffee in a beautiful restaurant. I really loved this place!
Dear Guest, Thank you very much for your review of our property. We are really glad that you enjoyed your stay at our hotel. Kind regards Malgorzata Badocha
My wife and I have visited Krakow 4 times and stayed in the same hotel each time....need i say more...as all reviewers have stated, Ideal location, cheery, helpful staff, lack of tea and coffee making facilites, interesting breakfast and although a beer garden, it is open, but the immediate area around Hotel Regent as everything you need for wining and dining
Fantastic hotel, very friendly and helpfull staff, clean and large rooms, delicious buffet breakfast. Quiet area but close to the castle and the old town.
very nice hotel in good location , fantastic breakfast , polite staff
Great value for money inner city hotel. All the wonderful cafes and bars are just outside their doorstep. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Very nice hotel, good location, very clean and nice rooms and bathrooms. Nearby almost everything in town. Good service of the employees, helpful with table reservation in restuarants in tovn and we got new towels every day. I will recommend this hotel for every one I know.
We had a great time at this hotel. The staff were excellent and our room was very comfortable and quiet. Quite a good location as well, close to Main Square as well as Jewish district.
Heretter shall we stay for one week! Jippi!
Just got home from krakow ,very good base to stay clean and friendly hotel good breakfast will be going back to stay again.
Came to the city without any reservations made. I went online and found this AMAZING hotel for a great price. I am a bigger guy and was by myself so I got the single cheapest room. The room was great. The shower on the other hand didn't leave much room for turning around in. I would recommend this to anyone. Just a few mins walk from almost ANYWHERE in the CITY.
It is really very nice hotel. Excellent design, perfect location and polite staff. Breakfast -very good. We are already miss the hotel!!!
Good value for money. Very good communication with the centre - just 3 or 4 tram stops. Breakfast ok.
My wife and I have stayed here for the last 5 years at New Year. We find the all the staff very nice and friendly and the hotel is clean and warm with a very good breakfast.I would recomend this hotel.
This was our 4th stay. the rooms are always clean and staff can not do enough to ensure you have a great stay. only down side is there are no facilities in the room for tea/coffee. excellent breakfasts.
Thank you all for the lovely stay we all had. You catered our every need with a sweet serenity. I would recommend such wonderful service to anyone wishing to visit the magical city of Kraków. Dziękuję Bardzo
A wonderful week spent at hotel Eden. Breakfast very good and plentiful, Coffee facilites by reception very welcome. Will return
Location is excellent, staff are great. Hotel is clean. However, the towel rail was not working and was connected to the central heating system - central heating was switched off for the season, so no way to dry your towel. Left my towel on the floor to be changed - was changed on the first day, then just hung up still wet. Ventilator in the bathroom not working. The shower hose was broken albeit not leaking. Wallpaper peeling in the room. Surely they should have an in-house caretaker. They have two hotels in the Kazimierz brand.
This hotel was great value for money! The breakfasts were great for a budget hotel with 3 types of cereals, toast, jams, pastries, yoghurts, dried fruits etc as well as foods for all cultures ranging from ham and cheese to sardine in tomato sauce and egg mayonnaise. A great variety for all. The staff were very friendly and helpful to us recommending traditional foods to try, booking trips and giving directions each day. The only thing I will say is...make sure you know your travel companion VERY well...everything between the bathroom and bedroom can be heard. However, the rooms are cleaned every day and they are well maintained. A fab budget hotel in a perfect location, half way between the ghetto and the main square.
I have stayed at this Hotel on every visit to Krakow because i did not want to stay in the touristy areas and my Polish friends recommended i stay in the Kazimierz area. It is a 3 star hotel so dont expect luxury, but dont expect it to be run down either, the place is spotless does a lovely buffet breakfast, has wired internet in all rooms, even single rooms are of a good size, they are spotlessly clean, virtually all staff speak perfect English and are very friendly and helpful if you wish to take tours exchange money etc they will arrange this all for you. Being central in Kazimierz you literally walk out the hotel door choose left or right and you have the pick of any number of fantastic cafes, art shops and funky bohemian bars, tip dont go out till about 11pm as most places stay open until "last customer leaves" so no need to try and get drunk as quick as possible as most Brits do over there, i have never seen any Brit stag or hen nights in this area, they tend to stick to the main market square in Rynek Glowny so you can be assured you will not be embarrassed by our imported lager louts :) Once you return to the Hotel there is a night porter on call and the young chap who was working there would always open straight away and if you asked nicely enough a wee coffee was no problem before bed, nightly rates in summer are usually in the £50 area with breakfast, but i book through Travel Republic.co.uk and if you stay more than 5 days you get a discount last time i stayed there room and breakfast worked out at £35 a day for a weeks stay so a bargain. If you like hot weather go around June or after tems usually hit high 20's low 30's thats when you hit the touristy areas and sit in the main market square (Rynek Glowny) pic a table at the dozens of beautiful cafes and just sit back and watch life go by and relax and take in the beauty of the city. Writing this i just realised i have not been over for nearly a year, time i went on line and booked a week in July :)
very good hotel , good location , resonable price , vey good breakfast
I stayed in the Alexander II, on ul. Zamenhofa, their second hotel in the Alexander chain. Fantastic hotel in a refurbished old apartment block. Great breakfast, great value. highly recommended
Well said Laura and Matt. This hotel doesn't disappoint. I always stay there and it is perfect value for money.
Can't think of anything negative about this hotel. Stayed here in December 2010 for 3 nights. Absolutely loved it! Staff were so lovely and helpful in giving us directions to places. Rooms had everything we needed. Got nothing bad to say. Will definately return to Hotel Kazimierz and we recommend it to everyone who is playing a trip to Krakow!
Thanks for a very pleasant stay at this hotel. We have enjoyed the city and the food and also the kindness of the staff.Great hotel! This is the perfect place to stay!
Excellent location and price. Clean and spacious rooms with a balcony.
Great value and location. Very clean comfortable hotel
Lovely and spacious room. Location couldn't have been better, but from the same reason it is loud in the night
Excellent location, easy walk to rynek as well as Jewish quarter.
Swietny hotel w bardzo dobrej cenie , ladne czyste pokoje , bardzo dobre sniadania , polecam
reasonably-priced hotel close to the city center with free internet.
Lovely views from hotel roof terrace, It was a brilliant central location!
Lovely hotel with a pleasant short walk to main town.A lot of beautiful buildings around.
relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, Friendly service and wonderful location in the heart of Kazimierz.
Hotel was just what we wanted for a 3 day stay. he location is fantastic. A nice leisurely walk to the center of the city.
The location is very good, close to the station, shopping and main square. I found the breakfast selection very limited.
The location just a few metros from the Barbican and the main street leading to the town square. It was fantastic!
Interior of the hotel looks fresh and new. I would surely suggest it to my friends.
The room was absolutely beautiful and spacious. The facilities were modern and clean and the breakfast was very good. The staff were amazing.
Me, my Mum and my sis booked this hotel well in advance. It was superb - the standard of our room really was way better than we expected. The decor was fantastic and bathroom extremely clean. The room was cleaned daily, very thoroughly. Front desk staff was very helpful - even calling the airline information for us to help us out. Very impressed! This is a very good choice to stay in Krakow.
very good hotel - close to the city center , nice big rooms , excellent breakfast , polite staff i can really reccomend it for your krakow stay
