Street Party at Nic Nowego

Clear the diary for this weekend - because one of the city's top bars is planning the mother of all street parties to mark its closure. Nic Nowego has been a cornerstone of ex-pat life in Krakow for a decade, and has also offered a warm welcome to locals and tourists alike. It will close on Sunday, August 26 - but only after a party which looks set to go down in history. The Saturday evening bash is open to all, and entry is free. Hundreds of well-wishers are expected to attend, to bid farewell to the venue, its owner, and staff, creating a fair few memories in the process. Festivities will go on until Sunday morning - after which the bar doors will be closed for the last time. Join the fun at ulica Sw. Krzyza 15, just off the main square.
