Vacation Safety No. For Foreigners

Since June 1st a Safety Telephone No. has been launched, for the first time completely integrated with the Polish Tourist Information System. Any foreign caller will be able to receive professional advice by foreign language speaking consultants: English, German and Russian speaking.

The common initiative of the Ministry of Sports, the Main Police Headquarters, the Foreigners' Office and Polish Tourist Organization is to help foreign tourist in emergency situations, as the inability to speak Polish and the ignorance of Polish procedures in difficult situations may severely influence their opinion on our country, despite other positive impressions.
