Hotel bars can often be pretty bland affairs, but Holiday Inn has done its best to buck the stereotype. The brand new Reflections bar looks like a handy place to bring yourself back to life after being stuck on a plane for a few hours. But it also has several aces up its sleeve to tempt locals. The chef can rustle up an array of tasty snacks, from crispy salads to tender calamari. And of course, stiff drinks are not in short supply. Banish the winter cold with a tropical cocktail, or settle down with a hot honey krupnik. Lotharios can take their pick from a range of cigars.
